Michael first made contact with us when we engaged 'Find an Agent', online. He was one of the early replies to this and immediately made phone contact also. Since we live in Adelaide, and the property was in Northmead, Sydney, we needed someone who could also direct how we could project manage the works we had assessed with Amazing Rooms, that needed doing. Amazing rooms became unavailable to manage the project and we were unsuccessful with other prospective project managers. Michael visited the property, arranging times with our tenant. He then returned to the property when it was vacant on Dec 13, 2015, with a works/ maintenance contractor. We walked through together and found several other items that needed attention. Michael offered to Project manage the works and both agreed the work could be completed by 14/1/2016. This meant when businesses were ceasing trade for the Christmas holiday break, these two continued to see to our project, which was completed in time. This made our worries, as vendors from inter-state minimal, as we felt Michael and Damon were a good team. Which they proved to be. Michael was flexible with his selling strategy and changed opinion from private treaty to an auction, with a 4 week limited build up time, scheduled for Feb 18, 2016. So even in the quiet January market with unit sale prices declining, we were able to realise a good sale price for our property, two weeks after going on the market, with public holidays in between. We avoided the cost of auction also. Michael was able to ascertain from the client their ability to reach our reserve and negotiations were prompt and completed. Throughout this time Michael's communication with us in Adelaide was terrific, we always felt like we knew where negotiations were up to.
