When Michael rang us telling us he had buyers for our property, we gave him a challenge to sell for a certain amount and within a certain time frame. We had only just started looking at properties when I literally drove past the Auction sign for a house in Baulkham Hills. This house ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for and so I immediately called and spoke with Michael Hutcheson at Raine & Horne. I found him to be very professional and transparent in all our conversations. We were keen to act quickly to secure the sale (prior to Auction) and we found Michael to be prompt and courteous in his dealings with us. After submitting an offer, we were delighted to receive the call from Michael that the vendor was happy to accept! From seeing the property to signing the contract it all happened in less than one day!
