I found Michael to be the calm in the stress of selling. Although he hadn't had much experience in my suburb at the time I sold with him, he had a good idea of the price that I could realistically achieve and communicated that to me honestly. My house was on the market for about 48 hours before it was sold.
I approached Michael due to other people's experiences, and his knowledge of the area I was selling in. Even though I approached Michael a few months before we actually put the house up for sale (due to renovation reasons), he was happy to work with me and my situation and wasn't pushy in any way. I was happy with his knowledge of the area and how he determined a price for my house in comparison to other houses that were 'like for like'. If I needed to ask a question or check something with him, he always answered my calls or phoned me back when he had a chance. Unfortunately, we had to sell during COVID-19 times, so my expectation of a selling price was reduced for this reason. This was no ones fault in my opinion, just the environment we were dealing with.
