Even though I approached Michael a few months before we actually put the house up for sale (due to renovation reasons), he was happy to work with me and my situation and wasn't pushy in any way. If I needed to ask a question or check something with him, he always answered my calls or phoned me back when he had a chance. Unfortunately, we had to sell during COVID-19 times, so my expectation of a selling price was reduced for this reason. This was no ones fault in my opinion, just the environment we were dealing with.
