Selling in a flat real estate market when seeking to improve my family's situation was daunting to say the least. Michael understood the issues and helped me understand the prospects and possible outcomes, all the while guiding me as to what might be a reasonable price that I could be happy with. We agreed on six months grace to put it into shape and then Michael coached me in preparing the house for photos and showing. The photos were really professional and once loaded to the One Residential website drew people to view with no sign out front of the house. And I had three offers to consider that same weekend!! Michael Jennings did several things the other guy didn't..............he listened to us.....he showed a genuine interest in selling our property......his level of communication with us was excellent.....he encouraged us to list at a realistic price....... .we had an acceptable offer within 10 days.......and.......he followed everything thru til settlement.
