Selling in a flat real estate market when seeking to improve my family's situation was daunting to say the least. Michael understood the issues and helped me understand the prospects and possible outcomes, all the while guiding me as to what might be a reasonable price that I could be happy with. We agreed on six months grace to put it into shape and then Michael coached me in preparing the house for photos and showing. The photos were really professional and once loaded to the One Residential website drew people to view with no sign out front of the house. And I had three offers to consider that same weekend!! Michael helped the buyers and myself to agree on a price we were both happy with and which exceeded what I had hoped to get even in a strong market.
