Very understanding

Michael was fantastic with his communication, always letting us know what was going on. It was our first time selling, he explained the process and our options in a way we understood. He set us with a realistic price expectation, which was exceeded due to his hard and persistent work. Michael was also very understanding of our circumstances; having a 20 month old and a 2 week old at the time of sale. He adjusted his communication style and understood our circumstances and what that would mean in regards to photos and open homes.
