It is always daunting buying a house. Especially when you are buying it via FaceTime. I used to live in Victoria, where I made the original call to Michael to view the house. Currently I am in hotel quarantine in Brisbane. Throughout my entire journey Michael has been there for me. More than willing to help me anyway he can. He is extremely professional, courteous, polite, well informed with both location and history of the house I bought. He informed me of how to proceed with the purchase in QLD as it is different to VIC. He helped me with a conveyancer. Local laws and regulations with council. He is very informative about body corporate fees as well as power and rates prices. He always answer my calls and emails directly. If he is on the phone when I ring he returns the call straight away. He even calls me after hours late at night something that was very re assuring. He is always on time, very time conscious with a an exceptional work ethic. Something I regard as very professional and someone I enjoyed dealing with. He has been able to provide and answer my questions relating to reputable tradesmen I would not hesitate in recommending him as an exceptional agent. Chose Michael as agent due to his relaxed communication skills, We had respect for his ability. Advised we went in high with the price, which we did, we dropped it a short time later to what we considered a more accurate price fitting the market. Dropped it again due to the onset of Covid. setting a base limit we were prepared to drop to. He arrived with an offer that was $20000 less than what we stated was our lower limit, he argued the point it was close to what we wanted. [$87000 less than he originally was confident of achieving] Personally I wanted to kick him out with the offer and for him to pick up his sign on the way out. We countersigned the offer for what was our lowest price. It was accepted and the sale went through in order for us to move on. Our respect for him went out the window along with the possibility of 3x other listings in the area due to feedback from us. Sadly it is our belief his desire to see a sale at all costs as his driving motive was disappointing. Would not recommend
