Michael took over from another agent who had the property for 6 months. In that 6 months’ time frame the other Agent did nothing apart from bringing the price down significantly. On the other hand, Michael did not mention once that the price should be brought down. To the contrary he suggested a price increase which we did. Michael sold my property. Throughout that time, he showed true professionalism in every way. His communication skills were excellent and answered his mobile whenever I had a questions.
