Living out of town has it's own difficulties when trying to sell a property. Michael exceeded our expectations. We moved to Mackay and had a bad run of tenants which meant lots of money going out but not much coming in. We had tried to sell 3 years ago but couldn't get the priced we wanted, so we rented and all we received was grief and hurt, enough to almost end a marriage.
