I engaged 2 RE prior to Michael and what a difference! I despaired, having a thoroughly unpleasant experience with the other agents, the contract fell over 2 x due to incompetence and disinterest and lack of communication. From the moment I talked to Michael, I knew that he was different. Not only does he use online sales, he delivered. He did the "impossible" ; he got a seller within 2 weeks. And because he and I were totally transparent, this time the contract did not crash. (the house required some work). During the whole sales process he was amazing in communication, updating me almost daily, he was patient, professional, calm, diplomatic, a real people's person. I can not praise him enough. I trust him. So if you want to sell your house, get a good price and a fast result, AND have a pleasant experience, Michael is your man. And if you want to buy a house, I also believe he will be your man.
