Great price in a falling market

Michael had a difficult task in selling our unit. We had difficult tenants, a unit that we had not touched in 10 years and an over supply of units about to flood the market. Michael organised the renovation for us which included sourcing the best quote, fitting it in with the tenants and organising the trades and at no extra cost to us.
