Just before our first weekend home open was about to begin, the COVID-19 lockdown began which meant all public home opens were stopped =( This massively dashed our hopes of selling our home but thanks to Michael's extensive database he brought a few people through for private viewing and within a week we got a few offers and sold the property! We were extremely lucky we chose Michael out of the 4 agents we got appraisals for, as the other 2 properties in our estate in Belmont were on the market far longer than ours.
