Said I was disappointed that Michael didn't stay with us but left us to Paul whose communication, especially near the end, was lacking.Michael read the market quite badly at the beginning when he said $469000 was a fair price. Had he said that we would only get $379000 we would not have sold , or got bridging finance for another property.
