Michael very promptly and efficiently delivered on his promises. In particular I found he had a clear plan of the holistic requirements to achieve sales and this one in particular. He provided and coordinated a comprehensive and very rapid "one-stop-shop" delivery of the complete suite of support services to execute all required works to execute the sales plan. This included a diverse range of trades and other services which Michael stimulated to respond with rarely experienced speed and prompt deliveries . He obviously has developed an excellent support network. One of Michael's greatest strengths which requires specific mention is that he never lost sight of his obligation to maximise the return to "his client" ie in my experience he never compromised this requirement, just to achieve a sale at any cost. In my experience this alone sets him apart from many of his peers.

Michael was a breath of fresh air. He was enthusiastic about our property without being an over-the-top salesman. He respected out time, went out of his way in helping us prepare and present our home for sale. Michael achieved a contract and a great price at the first open, where our previous agent had been unable to to present us with any contracts.
