We were shown houses by a number of agents but Michael seemed to understand our requirements best and showed us a number of houses that were within our specifications before negotiating the purchase of the house we bought. He was particularly helpful in closing the purchase through to exchange of contracts, a slightly difficult process as we were in Sydney and the seller required assistance.
