Michael has operated Century 21 (C21) at Nelson Bay for over 20 years. He knows the Port Stephens market very well. We agreed on a target price knowing of similar properties being offered at the same time. Michael understands how to discuss value with prospective purchasers in a competitive market. My role as the vender went further that just waiting for C21's updates. I actively resolved some questions that came via the agent and my conveyancer relating to Strata details and Port Stephens Council about to tree removal rules. Michael and I worked together on these aspects that helped the purchaser's decision to buy. Good teamwork. It was important to me to have an agent who is not just knowledgeable and energetic, but also collaborative.
