I found Michael to be helpful when I was looking at the house. He got back to me with answers in a timely fashion and was very accommodating. I found negotiation difficult as this is the first time I had done it and it did take the excitement out of the purchase for me. The support I received during settlement was also good and again, very accommodating. Loving my new house!
