I found the house I was interested in buying on the internet but from then on all negotiations with both buying and selling were done with Michael and his helpful back up staff. I found him extremely friendly and we got on very well indeed. He was always very prompt at keeping me in touch on what was happening and helping with anything that I did not quite understand.
