Michael's sales strategy and skills is Mercedes-Benz Standard. when i talk to him, make me fill i was talking to a sales consultant from Benz. i was trying to purchase my first car from BMW, Benz and Audi. finally, I purchased Benz. in the last few weeks, quite few similar property in the market, some of them even had better auction price than Kwinana st (I attended some of the auction.). also they all had auction before Kwinana st. quite friendly, i stay partially because of Michael. it is true that property itself is the majority matter to make decision. however, when customer facing some similar properties with similar price range specially in a comparatively weak market, the person who directly talk to the buy will create unique competitive advantage between different Real estate Agent.
