Very quick sale, and a great result. Our home unit was an unfinished renovation. Michael assured us the market was strong for our somewhat blank canvas. First contact was a Monday, photos on the Wednesday, then on the market Thursday evening, open house inspections on the Saturday, sold on Monday.
