Selling or buying a property is one of the most important things that everyone goes through in their life. In my case, it's one of the things I love doing.. as a homeowner and investor I have bought, renovated a few properties. My most favourite property though was my Collaroy apartment with its beautiful beach views which was represented by the greatest Real estate agent I've met so far, Mr. Michael Lipman. He was extremely professional, understanding and very much hands on. I mean, I even caught him grabbing a sweeper from the courtyard without a thought and swept off a few dead leaves that was on the pavement before an inspection! Who does that? The point I'm making is that I'm pedantic with cleanliness and very house proud. Michael will treat your property like his own and will sell it like it's his own property and have his vendor's interest in his heart. He's got genuine intention to do his very best for you. I've met and dealt with a lot of agents in the past but Michael goes beyond the call of duty..Michael was prompt and very thorough with all feedback and communications with me during the entire process.
