Michael and Joel promised a quick sale of our home and were confident that their advertising campaign would attract buyers for the sale price vicinity we were wanting. Over the three week period of the open house there were interested buyers as promised and several offers. We were pleased to sell our home at what we thought was a reasonable price and happy with the way in which Michael and Joel conducted the sale.

When the serious offers came through, Michael negotiated with the buyers in a very professional way, (even though some of the buyers requests were very demanding & un-reasonable), and eventually got the contract finalised and we achieved a good selling price. We all know that agents tend to look after vendors, but Mr. Michael Lo has been looking after me (the purchaser) from the date of contract exchange. He has been helping me with contacting the managing agent, body corporate and vendor's solicitors etc. to make sure settlement happens on time without a hitch.
