Michael was very helpful in regards to the relevant information we required to help us decide to go ahead with the purchase of the property. We relied on this information from Michael, as Langdon builders were closed for the christmas break and we were from interstate at the time.
Michael was honest,he kept us well informed and give us lots of help with the purchase even in his own time after hours. He was very polite and attentive to our needs. We wish him well.
Well done Michael. Buxton are extremely fortunate to have you in their agency team. We believe that your assistant & support throughout the process largely contributed to us ultimately securing the property. Consequently, would have no hesitation in highly recommending you to any future prospective buyers. Good luck & best wishes. Cheers Deb & Paul Smith
Michael was a great agent to work with. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. If I tried to get in contact with him, he would always get back to me promptly. He had our house open every weekend until it sold which was a huge undertaking. He did a fantastic job at drumming up plenty of interest in our house and persistently followed up with any potential buyer to try and get the best price possible for us. We are very happy with the result!
We met Michael on several occasions while searching for our new home. He always greeted us with warm regard, endeavoring to recall our situation. When we did find the right property, Michael was able to negotiate a price that both the buyer and seller were happy with and he made sure that the buying process ran as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for an agent you feel comfortable with, I would highly recommend Michael.
