Setting out to buy your first house can be quite intimidating, in my case as I love to know all the different elements involved thoroughly, this whole experience should have had me on edge a bit. However, where I received either too friendly or just cold receptions from other agents, Michael was on point in his communication. It felt like working with someone I've known for ages. Replies were prompt, familiar enough to be comfortable but not enough to be unprofessional, answers to my billions of queries were concise and accurate, and the entire transaction had a feel of ease and relaxation about it that I hadn't anticipated. At one point Michael's intervention directly averted a major issue during settlement, and a rogue element that could have derailed settlement by a month was corrected within hours.
