Michael McKenney was great to negotiate with.

As a buyers advocate, I work with agent's across Melbourne everyday, so when I say Michael was great to deal with, I genuinely mean it. This is the third time I have had clients purchase through Michael and as per usual he exceeded expectations. Michael has excellent knowledge of Bayswater and surrounding suburbs, and goes above and beyond answering questions and providing insight where required. It's simple; you would be crazy not to use Michael and Daniel and the Team from Barry Plant Wantirna to help sell your house! It was a pleasure from start to finish. I have never ever dealt with any agent like Michael, no reply to my message or email, no answer to my phone calls. Emailed him to withhold sold price for the first 3 months, just got absolute ignorance. Mentioned to him about having his office to rent out the property that I purchased from him, not responsive to that either. Property settled for more than 3 weeks, no settlement gift or whatsoever received, no discussion about handing over the house key to my current rental agent. After settlement, you are no one to this agency. Do not know why so many 5 stars were given, but as a buyer I could only give 1 star. His attitude makes us feel not respected at all. Will never buy, sell or rent property with Coronis and will not recommend Coronis to anyone.

We sold our home during a pandemic and Michael was so helpful and accommodating during it all. Was always on time and delivered on his word. Word highly recommended him to anyone who needs a good and honest agent.

He got me a price well above the market, and as I am someone who knew nothing about real estate sale process he was also very patient and helpful during the process.
