This feedback relates to Micahel Mills – Denovans, performance as a Real Estate agent. We would have no hesitation, in recommending Michael as your agent. From the start, he was supportive, and gave practical recommendations eg we were considering ripping out the old carpets and having the floors polished. This would have taken time and additional costs, which may not , considering the other repairs that needed to be done to the home, increase the selling price. But, instead a corner of the carpet was lifted to expose the lovely timber floors. From the time the tenants vacated the premises to the sale contact it was only 22 days. In our opinion this was a good result, and it met our needs at this time. He also tried to assist the tenants in finding other accommodation.

My house settled last Friday.... THE quickest sale in history! Just as I was about to return the signed appointment of agent forms, Michael phoned me to say he had a buyer's agent who wanted to buy in Mitchelton (my suburb) and could he show the buyer's agent through the house. Long story short, I sold my house through the buyer's agent without even putting it on the market, at a price higher than my reserve. Essentially, this happened through Michael's contacts within the industry and his knowledge of the industry and knowledge of Mitchelton. My working relationship with Michael (although brief!) was relaxed but he had a deep, detailed knowledge of Mitchelton and the surroundings.... he lives and works in the area and is passionate about it. He was professional and very accommodating and communicated with me at all stages. I would highly recommend Michael.
