We use to go to a lot of open houses in the Mitchelton area over the last sixteen years we have been living in the area. During this time Michael Mills, who we ran into quite often at the open houses, came across as an honest, genuine, down-to-earth real estate agent. When we passed each other in the street, Michael would always acknowledge. When it came time to put our house on the market, we chose Michael Mills to sell it for us over all the other local real estate agents. He was told we have up to twelve months to sell our house which has a noticeable lean and unfortunately is just inside a flood zone. We knew it would take longer to sell.
