AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL

We could not recommend Michael highly enough. His integrity and attention to detail is unsurpassed. His colleagues and recommended service providers were fantastic also. He is straight up, personable and just an absolute professional. His knowledge of the Moorooka and surrounding suburbs is spot on. He is on your team from the start to finish and every moment through. We couldn't have asked for more and he went above and beyond our expectations.

Great result

We chose Michael to sell our Moorooka property as he has excellent knowledge of the local market and a great capacity to find buyers. Michael was able to extract a number of good offers despite the quieter Christmas / New Year period and he negotiated a successful sale in a short time period. A great result all round.

Excellent Agent. Highly Recommended.

I was very happy with Michael's services in selling my mother's house. During this time he was proactive in offering advice as to how best to market the house and was open and honest about price expectations. He was also very patient with myself and my mother's sometimes indecisive nature. Michael also has an excellent knowledge of Moorooka area.

We were impressed with Michael's enthusiasm and confidence in getting us a top price for our house prior to signing up with him. As such, we signed up. In hindsight we felt that we were pressured into signing a contract. The campaign started off well but after a couple of weeks, when numbers started to drop, we felt Michael's enthusiam and confidence did the same. The gung ho Michael prior to us signing with him had changed somewhat and we felt he had given up to a large extent. That said, we got a good outcome and we enjoyed working with Michael. He's a great guy. As constructive feedback (because we all need it) we'd suggest: 1. Avoid putting potential clients under pressure to sign as it can create a sense of distrust - give them time to think 2. Maintain the momentum of enthusiasm and confidence during the entire campaign - to give the client more confidence - this has to be balanced with managing expectations too We would definitely recommend Michael
