I really liked the way Michael handled the whole bargain, there was a time I was about to give up, in that I was feeling drowsy in making up my mind to commit to the deal, but, his approach and attitude sustained my willingness, and that in my view was exceptional. His negotiating tactics was not the frustrating type, the type that tries to force you to commit to what you are not sure about. For me, Michael is the type of agent one would like to do a transaction with again and again. I do recommend him for any one who wants to by or sell their property.
