I was very pleased with michaels Response throughout the listing and sales process- one is always nervous about the agency when going through the process; Michael kept his word&wasnt pushy or patronising in what was a 'property with potential' &he didn't become vague or hard to find. These attributes are so important in agents- I'm often sus and frustrated by young agents- sometimes they can be as above and dismissive&flippant. Michael was a good bloke and true to word- didn't make me feel like a fool. Often all these things are worse for Canberra people - so this was great - thanks Michael !
