As a consequence I felt confident in his judgements and truely believed that he had the capability to achieve optimum results for both me and the seller. He is an outstanding young professional and he deserves the equivalent of a Real Estate Brownlow Award. I’d certainly recommend him to others and would track him down if I ever get enough money to buy another house!
I was very happy with the result which Michael achieved for my property, given that there were some issues with cladding ( a common problem in Melbourne apts). His knowledge of the market was excellent and he also came up with alternative ideas, which resulted in a win-win situation for both myself and the buyer with the cladding issue. He was very good at keeping me updated of progress throughout the entire sale process and was always easy to get hold of. We’ve all heard about the type of personality that is of the average real estate agent. Having worked in the industry I know this is true in a large percentage of agents. But not 100% of them.
