After the offer had been accepted he was very proactive in ensuring that the exchange proceeded speedily.

Helped with last minute repairs, helped to find a few quotes so I could pick styling that suited my budget, and surprised me with how adaptable he was to some challenges along the way. He established strong rapport with potential buyers leading to an early sale at probably the best price possible.
