Michael is a complete professional and a delight to work with. Although our process was lengthy (due to 11 consecutive interest rate rises), Michael showed patience and trusted the process. Amazing experience selling the property! Michael quickly established a strategy understanding my desire to move quickly on the sale and prevent a stagnant listing. Marketing process was swift and cost effective. Michael was intent on pricing the property aggressively to maintain interest in an uncertain market, however remained confident that he would exceed expectations when it came to making a deal. After only one open home, we had 36 registered groups, after another week (which included the Easter public holidays) I was presented with best and final offers, all of which were subject to their ability to pay a deposit and facilitate exchange immediately. This gave me a great deal of security knowing that we would not lose any buyers. After business hours on a Friday evening Michael called to inform me he was holding a signed contract of sale and 10% deposit on our highest offer, which was $50,000 over the listing price.
