Why did we leave the best until last.The answer is, " I don't know ". Erin told us many moons ago how much our property was worth and and how much it would sell for. But someone comes along and flatters you with a price that you can not refuse and then the house just sits there. So after having three different agents, Erin and Micheal come along and obtains the price that we were told 20 months ago. No costly and fancy real estate magazine advertising, just an internet ad and bingo!! it's all over red rover. Honesty, integrity and very good communication skills brought about the successful sale of our much loved home and now we move on to the next chapter of our lives. Thanks Erin and Michael you go highly recommended to all of our friends. If anyone is thinking about listing their home with Erin and Michael, don't think about it, JUST do it.
