While we have known Michael for some time he offered, and delivered! Mike's knowledge of the Canberra, and specifically the Tuggeranong real estate market is great and detailed. We discussed pricing and sales strategy and felt involved in the agreed approach. Michael, and the Michael Potter team, brought their knowledge and professionalism "to the table" and as the joint sellers we were involved in the pricing and sales approach. Our initial asking price, based on an independent commercial valuation, was initially high and not achieved, although actual sales price was within Michael's range estimation. Mike was everything we could have asked for. Energetic, responsive to what ever we raised, a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and organized. He arranged for the house to be painted, the garden tidied up, a worn pagola was demolished, a worn deck replaced, the house cleaned and styled. This happened quickly, with no dramas and to a good standard. The styling was most appropriate. There was a difficult issue concerning the vendor’s health and Mike handled this promptly and empathetically. I recommend him.
