Michael handled the sale well, with a vendor that was a very long term owner. I knew what he was doing and why. When things did not go as expected he had the contingency planned just in case. Very reassuring as it is the first sale for me.

During the sales period, Alisa kept me fully appraised and was always available to discuss any issues or deal with any questions I had. I received what, in my opinion, was a fair and reasonable price for my townhouse and I am very happy with the outcome.
