Michael was recommended by a friend who had used him. When we met him our house was in disarray with too much stuff for the two us with our adult children and 2 large dogs and a cat after being in our house for over 25 years. Unlike the other agent we met with, Michael was prepared to take responsibility for getting quotes from tradesmen and then coordinating all the work to prepare the house for sale. We gave him the keys and walked away. We had already purchased a home that was over an hour from Sydney and we would have struggled to organise this project ourselves.
