Our first contact was simply to test the market - what would it look like if I needed to sell my apartment? No commitment on my part. I was always made aware of costs - nothing hidden. In the end, we showed the property on Saturday and sealed the deal (Exchange) on Monday. My contract was accepted in full and the price was more than either of us expected; all this without going to auction. I trusted in Michael and the team from Harris Real Estate all the way and they delivered. My only sadness is that our partnership (they were also the property managers) has come to an end ...
