During a recent purchase I had the pleasure of working with Michael & his team and I have to say it was such a straightforward transaction it was refreshing. The whole process was fast but when we needed an extra viewing and additional information Michael was on hand to facilitate everything for us. Ten out of ten for communication and professionalism.

Harper and I wanted to reiterate our heartfelt appreciation for Michael and Kristian’s tireless work in selling our home. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with during this entire process. They are diligent, empathetic and transparent, leaving no stone unturned to get us the result we wanted. They also have a thorough knowledge of the area and have sold several properties in the inner west pocket. We look forward to officially closing this out and moving onto the next chapter. Hopefully we find a new property with Michael soon! Can’t recommend these two gents highly enough.

Michael came to us highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and current market. His communication throughout the process was exceptional and very much appreciated.

In a world where buying and selling is hard to navigate, where disappointment is commonplace, Michael and Kristian who we've known for more than a year, finally helped us realise our dream of buying in Summer Hill. They are professional, efficient and have great market knowledge.

Michael is one of the few genuine and honest people I have dealt with in the Real estate Industry. He was realistic in his property evaluation, as sellers often have unrealistic views of what their property is worth. Our property, being a lift-less top floor unit, proved to be a challenge, with only 1 genuine buyer interested. Michael managed this difficult sale in a very professional manner

We had a great experience buying from Michael. He was extremely helpful in arranging times for us to view the property, and very friendly and personable. He made the whole process extremely comfortable on our end - even as first-time buyers - and we were thrilled with the outcome.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Poynting as the sales agent for a property purchase in Summer Hill, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Michael's extensive knowledge of the local area was evident from our first interaction, and it truly set him apart as a top-notch professional. As a buyers agent who deals with a variety of agents regularly, I can confidently say that Michael stood out. What impressed me most was his approachability and ease to work with. He was always attentive, responsive, and willing to address any questions or concerns, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Michael's negotiation skills are commendable. He understands that a successful property deal is not just about closing the sale but ensuring it's a win-win situation for both parties involved. His ability to navigate negotiations with integrity and fairness speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction. Moreover, Michael's genuine understanding of the importance of a mutually beneficial outcome sets him apart as a truly exceptional agent. He prioritizes the interests of both buyers and sellers, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere throughout the transaction. I highly recommend Michael Poynting to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, reliable, and ethical sales agent. Thank you, Michael, for your outstanding service and for making the property buying experience a truly positive one!

We found Michael easy to deal with. His advice on pricing was sound, his campaign strategy was clear and he provided straightforward guidance on the work necessary to bring our property to market.

I deal with many selling agents in my capacity as a Buyers Agent. There are few that have the same level of empathy, communication and professionalism that Michael has. Literally... Michael excels in difficult negotiations because of his ability truly understand the various pain points of the buyer and seller. Because of this, he is often able to secure a great outcome for his clients where others would most certainly fail to get all parties to reach an agreement. As the review headline says, Michael is an "A-Grade Agent & Gentleman". He's one of the top performing agents in the Inner West and you'd be lucky to have him on your team...

Thanks Michael and Kristian. We inspected many houses recently until we found the dreaming house in summer hill. We love the big trees and quiet environment. Michael and his team nice and professional. They helped us make quick decisions so we can enjoy the Easter holiday.

Buying with Michael and his team was a dream. We were so grateful that Michael guided us towards this superb art-deco apartment in Summer Hill. Michael really has that rare ability in a real estate agent to listen and get the best out of a buyer and seller, but in a way that is respectful to both parties. From the first inspection, Michael was incredibly transparent and upfront about the owner's expectations, and this aligned with other recent sales in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable about the building and the unit he was marketing, including its many features and what the owners loved most about living there. Michael possessed outstanding knowledge of the Summer Hill neighbourhood, showing his vast experience in the area and his genuine passion for it. Michael and Kristian are terrific communicators, and they kept us up to date throughout the campaign at every opportunity (even post-exchange)! The attention to detail that Michael and Kristian employ is remarkable and it really shows why they command such a superlative reputation in Summer Hill, built around experience, passion and knowledge of the suburb. A great experience buying with Michael and his team; highly recommend Harris Tripp if you are buying or selling!

From the very beginning we knew selecting Michael and Kristian was the right choice. After the first open, and 3 days into campaign our house was SOLD that evening! The result achieved was far beyond our expectations. Michaels commitment in negotiations with bidding parties occurred till the late hours of Saturday evening. This demonstrated Michaels commitment to ensure an optimal outcome for both vendor and purchaser could be achieved. Thank you Michael for your professional, genuine and transparent approach. The experience we have had with you is truly one to be remembered.
