My partner and I just purchased our first home with Michael and his associate Hope. I was unable to attend in person and Michael was more than happy to accommodate with a facetime inspection and then organised a follow-up inspection when it was convenient to us. Buying a house can be so stressful and it's difficult to tell when people are playing the game or being honest with you but Hope and Michael were always genuine and transparent and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. We had a few terrible experiences with Agents and were totally disheartened by the process, however Michael and Hope were lovely to deal with and restored our faith.
