During our property search we have dealt with many agents and Michael is definitely a cut above the rest. In what was a stand-out experience, Michael was professional, kind and hard working, right from the get go. It was easy to communicate with him and he was always available to answer any questions and keep us up to date along the way. Michael is not your typical agent, his success definitely stems from his honesty, kindness and tenacity, making him one of the best agents in Sydney! Thanks for all of your help Michael.

A big thank you to Michael and the team at Harris Tripp Summer Hill for making my property purchase so easy and smooth. Michael ensured I had all relevant information handy and made it an absolute ease to deal with. He was readily available to answer any questions and his property and area knowledge was second to none. I would certainly recommend Michael for all your real estate needs.

Michael was extremely professional at all times with great knowledge giving us confidence we would get a sale. We found him very accessible to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were pleased to have Michael as our realtor.

Right from the first phone call until the moment we exchanged the contract, Michael was calm, measured, professional and a trusted advisor for the sale of our unit in Summer Hill. Wasn't pushy, wasn't salesy and had our best interest at heart at every step of the way. Our unit was sold at a price that we were hoping in less than a week after the property had gone on the market.

We are so pleased with the way in which Michael conducted business with us. Right from the start he was prompt, courteous and so professional. He was tenacious, but not pushy which is a thin line to walk when having to satisfy two customers on each side of the fence. We would certainly recommend Michael to anyone who asked for services such as Harris Tripp’s and would also approach Michael again if there ever becomes the need.

Michael sold our place off-market, about one week after we decided to sell. He is calm, patient and a great listener and communicator. He knows the market in the Inner West and I would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Communication was excellent and local knowledge a great help in acheiving a great result in a difficult ( covid ) time

As a buyer, the experience I had in dealing with Michael to purchase a property was very positive and completely transparent. Michael was a pleasure to deal with from the start and I would imagine that he exceeds his clients' expectations.

Michael impressed us with his knowledge, energy and commitment. He was flexible at negotiating an agreement with us, worked tirelessly at the task we had set him, and achieved an excellent result very quickly. Throughout, he was always available, and communicated with us at every step, which we valued.

We found Michael's approach to be very professional and cooperative. Michael was willing to assist with our enquiries and made the purchase of our new home a pleasant experience. He kept us informed on the sale of the house and coordinated with the various stakeholders, to ensure all parties were happy. Thank you Michael for a job well done.

Having had experience with Michael handling a previous sale, we knew we could confidently leave the sale process in his very capable hands. It was reassuring to rely on his professionalism & his knowledge of the current market situation. ( Covid constraints etc). Every step of the way his communication with us was excellent - from preparing the property for sale to the ongoing negotiations with potential buyers, leading to a very successful sale result. He clearly enjoys his job & this is reflected in his warm approach. Harris Tripp is very fortunate to have him as a member of their team.!

We were very happy with our sale result under very difficult conditions at the commencement of the Sydney lockdown. Both Hope and Michael were extremely knowledgable and professional during the high stress of our campaign at a difficult time. They slipped seamlessly into 'lockdown' mode and reassured us at every stage that this was something that they had encountered previously and in the end did not impede the result of our sale which was fantastic. Hope in particular was wonderful to keep the opens going and to keep us informed on a daily basis, they make a great team and we were very lucky to have her on ours. She has also been amazing post sale in recommending properties for investment and putting us in touch with her rental team. I would highly recommend them as agents for anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Inner West.
