As a purchaser it does not so much matter how much time one spends, nor the tools used searching for a suitable place to buy but rather the amount of time and expertise offered by the agent who primarily is working in the best interests of the seller. That said, Michael was prepared to go a long way to accommodate the extensive questions that I had and my specific request to view the property out of normal opening times. His valued input was important to me. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael to any seller OR buyer.
