Could not have asked for a better result with an exceptional team

We couldn’t be happier with the result Michael, Josh and the team achieved for us. To be honest, we expected our apartment to be on the market for a while given the current conditions. Instead, we had one open home, received a great offer, and the property was under contract and signed the next business day. To sell off market and above our reserve was far better than we thought possible. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Michael and Josh always kept us updated, explained what was happening and gave us honest advice. We never felt pressured into making a decision and always felt like they genuinely had our best interests at heart. What impressed us most was their negotiation. It would have been easy to settle, but they kept working to achieve the best possible outcome and we are so glad they did.
