Wow! That was fast!

We found Michael to a good agent that gets things done very quickly and efficiently. He said it will be done and very quickly it was done. They took care of all the presentation and maintenance as we live hours away from Summer Hill now. The presentation of our house was amazing and sad, as we wished we could have finished the home as well as the team. Throughout the sales process we were kept fully informed with phone calls, texts or emails. This made the decision to enter into early negotiations easier and with more confidence in the process. The early negotiations resulted in the price we dreamed about and all completed weeks earlier than going to auction. We and the new owners can get on with our lives and move towards our new future, knowing we have a sale, and they have a beautiful new home. Thanks, Michael, for all your patience and hard work.
