Quick sale - off market!
Michael Poynting gave me the confidence to change strategy in terms of selling a much loved family home. I appreciate in particular his refreshing advice early in the process and for being extremely generous with his time and interest. He presented an alternate approach in terms of presentation and marketing of the property, which worked. The home was sold off market, quickly. Thanks to Michael, Andy and Josh for all work done in securing the sale. I can now just relax and enjoy a champagne!
