From the only 2 opens, Michael and his team suggested that we consider selling prior to auction, a somewhat daunting proposition, but very happy with the result. We achieved the high end of the price range Michael had indicated before we signed with Harris Tripp. Under the watchful eyes of Michael and Josh, we carried out a few repairs and decluttered, we almost changed our minds about selling, the house, it presented so well.
