He was always happy to answer our questions, kept us well informed throughout the purchase, and went above and beyond by allowing us access to the property on multiple occasions before settlement so we could organise measurements, quotes and start planning everything we wanted to do. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated how supportive and accommodating he was throughout the entire process.
