Michael was honest and forthright in his assessment of our property. He gave good advice on preparation of the property for sale. His assessment of the property's value was spot on. During the sale process I was away from Melbourne and Michael kept me updated regularly throughout the whole process - results of inspections, interested parties and finally the successful offer. He is a very nice man with excellent communication skills. I appreciated his guidance and frankness through the whole process. His office staff are pleasant and polite too!
