Michael achieved for us a better result than what we had been hoping for at the auction of our home. Our situation was that we had been waiting to commence building our dream home and had spoken to Michael about working with him to sell our current home but didn't have a date. He was fantastic in that there was no hassling, we contacted him when we were ready and when the time came to sell he commenced the campaign with enthusiasm, confidence and a great deal of market knowledge. Working with Michael and his team was an absolute pleasure, everything happened promptly and quickly making the whole process easy for us (with two young children).
